Two New Publications to Announce:

I’m honored to have my poem “Tahlequah” published in the anthology For Love of Orcas, a collection that showcases poetry and prose about the endangered Southern Resident orcas and their extended ecosystem. Thanks to editors Andrew Shattuck McBride and Jill McCabe Johnson for making this important anthology.

And, I’m so excited to have a poem in the latest Crab Creek Review, always a beautiful publication. Thanks to Editor-in-Chief Jenifer Brown Lawrence and the Crab Creek Review staff. “Wrecked, Off Pavilion Beach” is a piece I started in a workshop with Tom Daley at MA Poetry Festival in 2018, in which we were taking a deep dive into Sylvia Plath’s poem “Point Shirley.” For me, the rocky coastline of Gloucester is always my go-to oceanic inspiration point.
